Terms & Conditions – House of Musicians

1. Enrollment & Fees

• All course fees are payable in advance on a monthly or program basis.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, but may be adjusted toward future classes in case of genuine medical emergencies (with supporting documentation).
• Workshop fees (₹199/session) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Class Scheduling

• Students may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty (subject to slot availability).
• Missed classes without prior notice will be counted as attended.
• House of Musicians reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to instructor unavailability, technical issues (online), or unforeseen circumstances—with prior notice and makeup arrangements.

3. Instrument & Materials

• Students are responsible for having their own instrument (guitar/piano) for practice.
• House of Musicians provides free guidance on purchasing beginner-friendly instruments but is not liable for third-party product quality or delivery.

4. Online Class Conduct

• Students (or parents of minors) agree to maintain a respectful, distraction-free environment during live online sessions.
• Recording or redistribution of class content is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, practice sheets, and materials provided are the exclusive property of House of Musicians and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• Contact details collected (name, email, phone) will be used only for educational and communication purposes related to your enrollment.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

• No Guaranteed Outcomes: While we strive for student progress, House of Musicians does not guarantee specific skill levels, exam results, or performance outcomes. Success depends on consistent practice and individual effort.
• Not a Therapy Provider: Our special-needs music program is educational and recreational, not a substitute for clinical therapy, medical treatment, or occupational therapy.
• Location Accuracy: Offline classes are conducted at our Lucknow studio only. Address shared upon enrollment confirmation.
• Pricing: Course fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Current rates listed on the website are valid at the time of enrollment.
